If you are a smaller local builder that has a need for professional design and documentation services but can't justify the cost of employing a full time designer then I can provide you with a complete design, documentation and advisory service.

3D Service
I can now provide stand alone 3D walkthrough (VBE or Virtual Building Explorer) files that you can run on your computer or your client's computer that allow a realistic self guided tour of the proposed project. This can be a valuable sales tool in a competitive market. See the 3D services page for more information.

Consulting direct with your client if needed to discuss their requirements.
General design advice
All drawing documentation including nationally recognized NATSPEC specifications
Working drawings completed using your standard inclusions and cost allowances for building elements
Initial sales sketches
Basic black & white sales brochures
Colour 3D images for use in colour brochures or other marketing you require.
Organizing documentation from consultants if required (ie engineering, site surveying)
A customized title block for your plans using your company name and logo.
New home designs to add to your plan stock.

The software I use is the industry leading 3D Building-Information-Modelling Software Archicad (see www.graphisoft.com.au ).

The software is used to create a digital or virtual model of the building which forms the basis for all the 2D construction documentation. All documentation and images produced can be saved to industry standard file formats for exchanging with other consultants such as engineers.
