Arcadia Building Design and Morden O'Hare

I am a former resident of WA and have worked on many projects in Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, Collie, Perth and Broome and places in between. I now work on projects in Albury NSW and Wodonga VIC (as well as surrounding towns such as Corowa and Yackandandah). I continue to work on many projects in WA.

I now also have projects in the Melbourne metropolitan area including unit developments and mixed use commercial/residential."

I can provide design and documentation for projects anywhere in the country and with my 3D modelling and imaging services you know you will be fully informed about your project and how it will look.

I take pride in providing a personalized service to all my clients and because I am a sole-trader you know you will always be dealing with me through all stages of the project.

I place the utmost priority on customer service as my business depends on it and this is reflected in my ongoing work from loyal clients.

I believe in promoting good design using modern building techniques and design principals to achieve comfortable and efficient homes. A uniquely designed home that incorporates good design and efficiency principals is more comfortable and enjoyable to live in and an expression of individual tastes and aspirations.

I am a member of the Building Designers Association of WA and the Building Designers Association of Victoria.

I am a registered practitioner with the Building Commission as required by Victorian Legislation and have professional indemnity insurance. I am also now registered to operate in Queensland with the Building Services Authority of Queensland.
